Today I’m thrilled to share another song from my upcoming album The Heart Speaks In Whispers called “Hey, I Won’t Break Your Heart”.

It is a song about vulnerability, moving out of bitterness into sweetness, love the second time around with the same person. I love the image of standing in a new dress, feeling like a teenager waiting to meet someone whom you actually already know very well.

I recorded "Hey, I Won't Break Your Heart” straight to tape with Pino Pallidino and James Gadson at Capitol Studios.
